Job Overview
The Video Content Creator will work closely with the Head of Content and our subject matter experts to turn scripts, raw footage, and instructional ideas into finished learning videos that are clear and engaging.
We are looking for talents who can handle both video editing and motion graphics within a single production pipeline, producing high-quality course videos. We need individuals who are technically sharp, creative, and fast enough to keep pace with an active production schedule.
What You Will Be Doing
- Editing Course Videos: Cut, sequence, and refine raw course footage. You will be guided by scripts, ensuring every edit serves the learning objective and business goals.
- Designing Motion Graphics: Build animations, lower thirds, diagrams, and explainer sequences that make complex ideas easier to grasp. Your motion work should clarify, reinforce, and drive engagement.
- Using AI Tools Intelligently: We expect modern video creators to use AI-assisted tools as part of their workflow. Whether that is for noise removal, auto-captioning, background generation, or speed editing, you should know what tools exist and how to use them without compromising quality.
Must Haves
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience as a video editor and motion designer
- You are comfortable in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and understand how to test their limits
- You understand pacing, not just cutting
- Your motion work is purposeful. You animate to clarify, not to impress
- You have worked within a structured production pipeline before, and you know how to manage deadlines
- You use AI-assisted tools as part of your workflow, not as a shortcut around your craft
- A portfolio that shows real examples of both editing and motion work
- Comfort working from scripts and instructional briefs
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Well-developed communication skills
